- In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
- The deposit must be paid immediately , once the deposit is send please email to us in order to confirm the payment.
- 13:00 until 24:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Until 12:00
- We can on request provide baby cots (Free of charge for children up to 2 years old).
- The balance of the payment must be paid with cash on your arrival.
- For deposit we accept cash, bank transfer, paypal payment, Western Union and other credit card VISA, Mastercard).
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received between 20 and 14 days from your expected arrival date will receive a 50% refund less any banking/money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund.
- ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.
- At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
- Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
- We clean the rooms daily.
- We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
- We welcome pets, upon request.
- There are smoking and no smoking rooms available.
