• In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid immediately , once the deposit is send please email to us in order to confirm the payment.

Check In

  • 13:00 until 24:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Check Out

  • Until 12:00


  • We can on request provide baby cots (Free of charge for children up to 2 years old).

Payment Policies

  • The balance of the payment must be paid with cash on your arrival.
  • For deposit we accept cash, bank transfer, paypal payment, Western Union and other credit card VISA, Mastercard).


  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to
  • Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received between 20 and 14 days from your expected arrival date will receive a 50% refund less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund.
  • ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.

Early departures

  • At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.


  • Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
  • We clean the rooms daily.
  • We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
